Single Kettlebell workout

This is a power workout.

This is a NO NONSENSE go to workout that anyone can do. All you need is one kettlebell. I got into kettlebell training during the pandemic. Remember when they closed the gym? I was totally last. I couldn’t pull my self to do anything.

I ended up on YouTube. Browning home training videos. And Boom. Kettlebell training. I was sold. So I got my self a kettlebell. 16 KG and I use it for everything. Now I also have one 12 KG for harder reps and the next is a 20 KG.

Power chest workout. All you need is a kettlebell.

It’s a HARD workout. The day after my first set of Swings I couldn’t stand up. It’s a leg killer. I didn’t know? The swings are so powerful. A tip from a beginner. Start light. The first rep feels easy. But be careful. Build you body up before you go crazy.

Why kettlebell home training?

  • A great cardio at the same time.

  • Build a jacked body.

Working out is NOT ALL. You also need to make sure you eat right. Take some supplements. Protein helps. And if you are working on weight loss? Burning fat? A calorie tracker app is a must. Plenty free trackers to use in the app stores.
