I hate comment spam and on my new blog “this one” I finally got A-kis-met activated and goodbye spam!
For non commercial personal blogs A-kis-met is free to use. If you have a money-making blog you got to pay a little but it’s money well spent. No more Viagra links on my blog…

And Disqus is a good spam blocker 2. Great comment system 🙂
