4 Reasons Why You Should Be Intermittent Fasting

Intermittent fasting is new to me. And I just started to see if this is something for me?

I started on the 16:8 and that means I eat for 8 hours and fast for 16. OK, I don’t eat for 8 hours strait. It means I have a 8 hour window to eat in 😁. I eat 2 meals a day. Lunch and dinner.

I don’t starve. I eat until I’m full. And I like to drink wine. Not everyday. but a few days a week. So I do that at dinner time. I will have a cheat day! A day when I can go all in – I need to feel alive to….

I don’t do snack’s.

When I start my fast I drink water and black coffee. If I have green tea I drink that to. I can’t drink anything that can break my fast. Anything that could activate my insulin. If I do that I break my fast.
